A supply company, plainly.
VIP Supply LLC exists so that a clinic, a veterinary practice or a distributor can source regenerative biologics, research compounds and diagnostics from one accountable party instead of a dozen unfamiliar ones.
What we actually are
We are the supply and distribution layer. We sit between the people who manufacture or compound a product and the licensed professionals who use it. We source it, qualify it, check that the buyer is allowed to receive it, and get it there in the condition it left in.
Around that sits a network of 20 partner and affiliate brands: the laboratories, clinics, platforms and veterinary specialists listed in the register. They are independently operated. What they share is a supply line.
How we decide what to carry
A product gets carried when we can answer three questions without hedging:
- What is it, exactly? Named manufacturer or compounder, documented process, a certificate of analysis that corresponds to the batch in the box.
- Who is allowed to buy it? Professional-use and research-use products go to verified professional accounts, and nowhere else.
- What has to travel with it? Handling instructions, storage conditions, batch records and intended-use language, shipped with the product rather than produced later on request.
When we cannot answer all three, we say so rather than shipping it and hoping.
Where we operate from
The head office is in Philadelphia. Latin America operations run out of Medellín, Colombia, and Asia-Pacific operations out of Manila, Philippines. Inquiries to any of the three reach the same team.
Two lanes, kept separate
Human and veterinary medicine answer to different regulators, different evidence bases and different buyers. We do not let claims, literature or marketing cross between them. A veterinary biologic is described against veterinary evidence; a human product against its own.
What we will not do
We do not practice medicine, diagnose, or recommend treatment. We do not adopt or republish the clinical claims our partners make on their own sites. And we do not sell professional-use or research-use products to the general public.
